Ginger Hanenkratt – President

Ginger founded Region Reporters in 2024 and has over 28 years in the legal field.  After working as a legal assistant for 12 years, she decided to manage a court reporting agency for the next 14 years. Her desire to open her own agency was driven by keeping court reporting work local and providing a family-feel to her clients.  In her free time, she loves spending time with her family (6 children and 8 grandchildren), camping, and traveling the world.  

 
Morgan Stacey

Morgan has been part of the court reporting field for 7 years and is currently the Production Manager at Region Reporters.  She is committed to continuing her growth in the field and plans to attend Hardeman School of Court Reporting in the fall of 2026.  Outside of her professional life, she is married and the proud mother of two beautiful children who bring joy and balance to her life.

Emma McInnis

Emma finished CR school during the pandemic in 2020. She has experience both freelance and official. When she’s not reporting, you can find her spending time with her family and their many animals.


Angela Galipeau

Angela is a Registered Professional Reporter, Indiana Notary Public, and an Illinois state Certified Shorthand Reporter.  She has been a court reporter for 35 years.  She is a real-time reporter and covers depositions, trials, arbitrations, meditations, and hearings.  She began her career in the Marine Corps and attended the Reporting Academy of Virginia.

Leah Aquinta

With a strong work ethic and close attention to detail, Leah approaches her work thoughtfully and consistently. She takes pride in doing things thoroughly and bringing care to everything she’s responsible for. She works with the College of Court Reporting managing social media and sharing the story of the profession in a clear, relatable way. Through her work online, she is committed to raising awareness about court reporting and inspiring the next generation to pursue the profession. Outside of work, she enjoys reading and values genuine connection in the way she shows up both personally and professionally.

Kristen Stokes

Kristen Stokes has been a court reporter for 39 years. She’s done a wide variety of freelance work, courtroom work, asbestos work, and plenty of doctors and experts. Currently, she specializes in town meetings and disciplinary hearings because she’s excellent at managing a room full of people! In her free time, she loves to travel and hike.

Jessica Warner Phipps

Jessica has been a freelance court reporter for 26 years. She has covered many different proceedings, including depositions, trials, hearings, and arbitrations, from Chicago to Elkhart and everywhere in between.

Jessica and her husband, Mike, have two adult children, and one teenager still at home. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading, all things Disney, and soap-making with Mike.

Dorelle Scheeringa

Dorelle is a court reporter who takes pride in delivering accurate, dependable transcripts. She brings focus, professionalism, and positive energy to the proceedings she’s a part of. Being a wife and mom are the center of her world and her greatest adventure.

Angela Manolas

Angela Manolas started her court reporting journey in Hobart, Indiana where she attended College of Court Reporting.  Upon graduation, she attained her RPR and moved to DC to work with the Senate, House, Supreme Court, and many other government agencies.  Once she met her husband, James, they moved to Punta Gorda, FL where they live a quiet life with their two children.  Angela provides services such as real-time, same-day rough drafts, daily copies, and expedites.  She takes pride in her work and always delivers.

Emma Engels

Emma was a senior in high school when her father, a retired police officer, told her about court reporting.  Shortly after, she signed up for an A-Z class at South Suburban College.  She fell in love with the profession and finished her schooling there.  Outside of court reporting, she loves to spend time with her German Shepherd, Juniper, spending time with family, and reading numerous books. 

April Hargett

April is a professional court reporter who graduated from the College of Court Reporting in 1998 and has dedicated her career to the legal field.  She spent ten years working at the Lake County Public Defender’s Office before switching to the freelance court reporting arena.  Today, April lives in Texas, but is committed to providing clients with high-quality transcripts by video conference depositions and transcription work.
