How fast can you edit a legal deposition?
If provided by 6pm, we usually can provide the video by 8am the following day. We can also ship your files over the internet if you are located outside the state of Indiana.
Software needed for text-video sync viewing?
We provide the software. You can also use your own trial software if your firm uses a particular litigation software like Live Note, Summation, Trial Director, Sanction, and many other trial software.
What states are your reporters licensed in?
Indiana, Illinois, Florida, and Texas – we are available for remote or in-person jobs in these states.
What type of work do you cover?
Depositions, arbitrations, EUO’s, hearings, meetings, audio transcription, proffer statements, statements on the record.
What is your normal turnaround time?
Region Reporters regular delivery time is 10 business days; however, we can provide transcripts as quickly as the same day or provide realtime if requested.
What format are your final transcripts?
We provide a searchable pdf in both full-size and mini/condensed.
Do you charge extra for remote or in-person jobs?
Our appearance fees are the same price whether the job is remote or in person.
Travel costs?
Parking fees and tolls are charged to the client at the same rate the reporter paid. We will happily provide receipts for these charges.
Mileage fees are charged at $75 per hour with the first hour being complimentary.
Hotel and flight costs can accrue for long distance traveling, but are agreed upon prior to the start date of the job.
Cancellation fee?
Region Reporters cancellation fee is between $225-$300.
If you cancel before 4pm CT, there is no cost for your cancellation.
Do you have conference rooms available?
We have an agreement with several conference room owners, and are happy to coordinate one upon request.
Do you provide video and/or interpreter services?
We work with independent companies for video and interpreter services. We are happy to coordinate this scheduling upon request.
Do you provide court reporting and video services?
