What is your normal video turnaround time?
Region Reporters can always expedite your video orders, but normal delivery is about 2 – 10 business days, which depends on normal video factors and delivery location.
How fast can you edit a legal deposition?
If provided by 6pm, we usually can provide the video by 8am the following day. We can also ship your files over the internet if you are located outside the state of Indiana.
Software needed for text-video sync viewing?
We provide the software. You can also use your own trial software if your firm uses a particular litigation software like LiveNote, Summation, Trial Director, Sanction, and many other trial software.
Travel costs?
Hotel costs can accrue for long distance traveling, but are agreed to prior to the start date of a deposition.
Cancellation fee?
Region Reporters cancellation fee is the cost of the appearance fee.
If you cancel within 24 hours of your deposition then there is no cost for your cancellation.
